Payment Methods

We accept Alipay, WeChat Pay, Google Pay, and credit card payments. All transactions are settled in Chinese Yuan (CNY). Whether you use the digital wallets listed above or hold a credit card with the VISA / MasterCard logo, you can place an order directly without registering an account.

 

Shipping & Delivery

We partner with major international couriers to deliver your orders via air freight. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Asia & Oceania: 5 – 7 business days
  • The Americas: 5 – 10 business days
  • Europe & Other Regions: 10 – 15 business days

 

Return & Refund Policy

For the safety and hygiene of our staff and customers, all products sold on our online store are strictly final sale (non-returnable and non-exchangeable) unless defective. Please review your cart carefully before placing an order.

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • You purchased the wrong product;
  • You dislike the flavor of the product;

退货和退款政策：
