1. Is shipping free? Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, allowing you to easily enjoy the convenience of international direct delivery.

 

2. Why might my order be split into multiple packages? This is to ensure that your package passes through the customs of your destination country or region legally and smoothly. According to customs regulations for “personal use imports” in most countries, the quantity of nicotine-containing products (such as RELX pods) allowed in a single import is strictly limited. If your order exceeds the local customs exemption limit, we will proactively split your order into multiple packages and ship them in batches at no extra cost to prevent the package from being returned. Your packages will be delivered via safe and reliable international logistics carriers.

 

3. How long will it take to receive my order? To strictly comply with international regulations on nicotine-containing e-cigarettes, all our products are shipped directly from our overseas bonded warehouses.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–21 days (approx. 1-3 weeks), depending on the destination country. This timeframe includes international transit and local customs clearance. Once your package is shipped, we will provide a fully trackable logistics tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress. Please note that delivery times may fluctuate slightly during peak international shipping seasons or routine customs inspections. Thank you for your patience.

 

4. What if my order is lost or experiences transit issues? We provide full transit protection for all orders that comply with “personal import” guidelines. As long as you provide a valid personal name and a private residential address (please do not use company addresses, store addresses, or pseudonyms), customs detention is extremely rare. If your package is lost in transit due to the courier, or returned due to customs clearance issues caused by force majeure, we will reship your order free of charge after verification. 5. Do I need to pay customs duties and taxes? This depends entirely on the customs policies of your country or region. In most cases, you will not have to pay any extra fees as long as the total value of your order falls within the local “personal import” tax exemption threshold. However, if your order value is high and is selected for a random customs inspection, minor import duties or related fees may apply. These charges are collected by your local customs authority and must be borne by the recipient. Therefore, we highly recommend checking your local tax exemption limits before ordering. If you wish to make a large purchase, we suggest splitting it into multiple smaller orders that fall within your local tax exemption threshold.

5. 我需要缴纳关税和税款吗? 这取决于您所在国家或地区的海关政策。绝大多数情况下,只要订单价值在当地的“个人进口”免税额度内,您无需缴纳任何额外费用。如果您的单笔订单金额较高,且在清关时被海关抽查,可能会产生一定的进口关税或相关费用。这部分费用由当地海关收取,需由收件人自行承担。因此,我们建议您在下单前了解当地的免税政策;如果购买量较大,建议分拆成多个符合免税额度的订单进行购买。
